In today’s interview, we talked to Béla Sipka, the operator of the plate-bending and frame drawbar departments, who has been part of the Autóflex-KNOTT team for almost 2 years and has accomplished significant things in terms of the development of the company. Please welcome him.
How long have you been part of the Autóflex-KNOTT Ltd team?
B.S.: It will be 2 years in March.
Is this your first post? If not, how did you start your career?
B.S.: Yes, this is my first post. Before that, I worked in metalworking for 6 years at another company, but so far my career has been based in the automotive industry, where I spent 14 years.
What are your personal motivations?
B.S.: Always strive for excellence and bring that out of my team as well.
What do you consider your greatest success at the company?
B.S.: Now, in December, we are going to debut a new slot in the plate-bending plant, which will increase efficiency and reduce lead times. This development, which is very important for the company, has been achieved with the help of a very good team.
What do you consider the biggest challenge in your work?
B.S.: Always motivating colleagues and creating a good atmosphere, which is essential for excellent teamwork.

B.S.: Excellent atmosphere and very good team work throughout.
How do you recharge when you’re out of the daily grind?
B.S.: I’m a father of 2, so I spend a very large percentage of my free time with them, because my family is the most important thing to me.
